This SPZ - FHOY Floor - type EPS Package Moulding Machine has been optimized and upgraded based on FHO. The floor - type machine feet design makes the equipment's center of gravity lower, running more stably and reducing the impact of vibration on moulding quality. The product height adjustment is realized through a high - precision screw nut pair with an adjustment range of 30 - 400mm and a positioning accuracy of ±0.3mm. The reserved pickup manipulator channel has a protective device to prevent foreign objects from entering and affecting the manipulator's operation. After the optimization of the moulded trolley docking method, the connection gap between the trolley and the equipment is no more than 2mm, improving the accuracy of mould installation. It is often used in the production of EPS furniture packaging to ensure the quality and consistency of packaging products.
