The SPZ - FHOY Series Floor - type EPS Package Moulding Machine has comprehensively upgraded all the performances and processes of the FHO floor - type moulding machine based on FHS. Its unique floor - type machine feet design eliminates the need for a costly high platform, effectively reducing equipment installation costs. In terms of product height adjustment, it adopts a more convenient adjustment mechanism. It can precisely adjust within the range of 0 - 500mm through a precision electric screw device to meet the moulding requirements of EPS packaging products with different heights. During operation, the raw materials go through a series of processes such as heating, foaming and moulding in the mould. The moulded products are quickly removed through the reserved pickup manipulator channel (the manipulator can be selectively installed), improving production efficiency. It is suitable for large - scale production of various EPS packaging products, such as EPS packaging for electronic and electrical products and protective packaging for fragile items during transportation.
