It uses a balanced PID control valve with a German gauge for accurate temperature control. A big vacuum pump with a vertical tank and a vertical vacuum cooling water spray system on top ensures high efficiency. The vacuum pump outlet has an air and water separator, allowing vacuum cooling to be the primary cooling method, reducing water usage and maintaining product quality.
The eps machine is equipped with a PLC and touch screen interface, making operation intuitive and user-friendly. All electronic components are from renowned brands, enhancing the machine's stability and reliability. The air cooling, steam, de-molding, and pressure of filling are controlled by long-distance balance valves, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
