Customizable Horizontal EPS Vacuum Molding Block Machine

The EPS Machine is engineered for adjustable block production, with both single and double size continuous adjustments, catering to diverse block specifications. The moving platen’s lift or decline function is controlled by a rotation screw cylinder, and mold size adjustments are effortlessly managed via the touch screen interface, making the EPS styrofoam block molding machine intuitive to use.

Thanks to its variable size feature, the machine keeps block edges to a minimum, producing high-quality blocks. A dedicated program allows the incorporation of recycled materials into the blocks, with size adjustments between 0-50mm, improving the recycled material ratio while maintaining block integrity.

The EPS Machine also features an automatic fault self-diagnosing system, which detects and reports issues promptly. A remote control system allows operators to oversee the entire process, providing real-time updates and ensuring seamless operation.
